T.F. Riggs High School Coronation
T.F. Riggs High School students Ryan Blake and Kirsti Garrett will serve as masters of ceremonies for Tuesday, September 23rd's Riggs coronation ceremony. The event, being held in the school theatre, starts at 7pm with music by the pep band and the coronation will follow at 7:30pm.
