Email: mpanzer@pierre.org to sign up. Pictures will be taken October 16th and 17th. Voting will take place on the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce Facebook Page Oct. 18-20. Winner will be announced October 20th, at our Ringneck Roundup Event at the Missouri River Event Center from 4-8 PM
