Pregnancy & Childbirth Class
This class provides important pregnancy and childbirth information to mom and her family supporters. Topics covered include, relaxation techniques, birth planning, progression of labor and pushing, car seat information, newborn care and tour of Obstetrics Wing. The classes are held for 5 Thursdays.
