Paper Quilling Club
The Pierre Paper Quilling Club will meet at the Rawlings Library November 4 from 7-8pm. We will be making quilled snowflakes. Anyone age 12 and older is welcome to come to this free event. No experience necessary. Tools and materials will be provided.
