Paper Quilling Club
Pierre's new Paper Quilling Club will meet October 7 at Rawlings Public Library from 7:00-8:00pm. Anyone 12 years of age or older is welcome to cme. Learn quilling for the first time or work on your own project. Supplies and tools are available. Contact Jennifer 222-3952 for more information.
