Paper Quilling Club
South Dakota's only paper quilling club will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 3rd. Come to learn the art of quilling or show the projects you are working on. We will be making Valentine cards. Tools and supplies are provided. Open to anyone 12 years of age or older. There is no charge.
