Hospice Foundation of America annual Living With Grief Program
Topic- Spirituality and End of Life Care. A nationally recognized panel will discuss the differences and relationship between spirituality and religion, spirituality during illness, spiritual assessment, empowerment, and life review. This conferece is open to anyone who works with patients and families and end of life care. There is no charge for the program and CEU's are available for some disciplines.
