Tom Berry will be the focus of the November History and Heritage Book Club meeting. Berry served as South Dakota's governor from 1933-1937. Paul Higbee of Spearfish will lead a discussion of the book he wrote about Berry, "South Dakota's Cowboy Governor Tom Berry." Ralph "Shorty" Jones of Midland will also be present to share his memories of his grandfather, Tom Berry. The program is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Copies of "South Dakota's Cowboy Governor Tom Berry" will be for sale at the Heritage Store at the Cultural Heritage Center.
