Healthy Minds, Stronger Communities
Healthy Minds, Stronger Communities will feature engaging learning sessions, community resource tables, health screenings and hearing screenings. Attendees will learn practical ways to support brain health at every age, recognize changes in memory and thinking, and connect with local resources that promote healthy aging and dementia support.
