Fort Bennett to Fort Pierre Evening Events

The Trail Ride will rest at the Triple U Buffalo Ranch, located on Minneconjou Road for the evening of August 11th. The Cash Dinner, sponsored by West Central Cattleman's Association, will begin at 6:00pm. The Prairie Chautauqua will begin at 7:00pm with Ken Stewart speaking about the Fort Bennett Flat: Indian Agency, Army Post and Episcopal Mission. Jarrod Johnson will speak about public lands, Jeff Mortenson will speak about the Rangeland Ecology, Blaine Nordvold will entertain with his cowboy poetry and The Company Cowboys will perform live music.
