Food Bank Purchase Event

The City of Pierre, Community Food Banks of South Dakota and WP Beverages of Windsor, Wisconsin, cordially invite you to a special signing ceremony at the new Pierre Food Bank facility.
Represenatives from Community Food Banks of South Dakota and WP Beverages of Windsor, WI, will sign a formal purchase agreement at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Pierre. The event, which is open to the public, will take place at the former Pepsi Warehouse on Airport Road. The event will include comments from Pierre Mayor Laurie Gill and represenatives from Community Food Banks of South Dakota and WP Beverages. Members of the Mayor's Food Bank Task Force will also be recognized for their efforts which resulted in a food bank facility which will service central South Dakota. Following a brief ceremony, the building will be open for tours.
