Flying 4 Futures

Great Lakes Aviation, Ltd. is helping to refuel school supplies during the month of January with their "Flying 4 Futures" campaign to benefit the Pierre School District 32-2. Did you know...13 million U.S. children live below the poverty line? Most teachers s pend between $500 and $1000 per year to purchase supplies for their students and classrooms? This is why Great Lakes Airlines and the Pierre School District 32-2 are asking for help. Through the month of January, 2010, bring a school supply item to the Great Lakes counter and you will be eligible to win one of 4 round trip tickets between Pierre and Denver. Donate as much as you like, however only one entry per person/per week is permitted. Donations will be accepted Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:00pm at the Pierre Regional Airport, 3801 Airport Road. Weekend hours are limited. Following is a list of items needed: Backpacks, pencils, paper, ti-30 calculators, notebooks, colored pencils, pens, pencil cases, folders, mittens, hats, scarves and River City Transit bus tickets.
