Educational Foundation Helps Kickoff Governor Football Season

The Governor Football season kicks off at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 28th with the home-opener against Sioux Falls Licoln. Bring your appetite to the game because the Pierre Educational Foundation will be selling meals to raise funds for educational opportunities. Meals will be $6 each or two (2) meals for $10 and will include a pulled-pork sandwich from Tom's Diner, chips, and a soda. All proceeds will benefit the Pierre Educational Foundation.
The Pierre Educational Foundation promotes the further educational development of the Pierre Public School District students, staff and graduates by the delivery of quality educational opportunities and resources. The Pierre Educational Foundation is a perpetual fund designated to support innovative/creative projects intended to enrich life-long learning, and dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the tradition of excellence in the Pierre Public Schools.
