Do you live near Pierre, SD? Then join us this summer for a fun, week-long introduction to the world of technology and engineering. Campers participate in hands-on activities from a variety of engineering disciplines that give them an understanding of what engineers do. Students will explore robotics, sensors, electronics, cooking chocolate, pH, structure measurements, and building solar ovens and electrocardiograms. This day-camp will give students a good overview of engineering and science careers.
These camps will be held at Capitol University Center in Pierre, SD. Wednesday will include a field trip to the S.D. School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City. On campus, students will have additional hands-on activities and a campus tour.
This camp is held in conjunction with the South Dakota Discovery Center

Attendance is limited to 22 students. Register soon to reserve your spot!
Scholarships may be available to students with financial need or good academic performance.
