''Career Survival'' - A Discussion of Ethics and Ethical Decision Making
This educational session will provide you with a definition of ethics training, why it?s important to an organization, some ways in which an HR professional can incorporate ethics into his/her workplace, and an overview of how ethics plays a role in employee conduct.
