Advance Directives for Healthcare
Please join us for a basic discussion on Advance Directives for Healthcare. We will review the documents available and discuss situations and questions that you need to consider when you are completing these documents. Everyone - regardless of age or health status - should complete an Advance Directive. Opening up this discussion with your physician, attorney, family and friends can help ensure that you receive the care you want, or do not want, at the end of life.
