A South Dakota Acoustic Christmas Concert

The South Dakota Acoustic Christmas will give its "Farewell" performance in Pierre on 12/15/2008 at the Riggs High Theater at 7:30 pm. The featured guest will be world-class fiddler, Kenny Putnam with South Dakota’s talented brothers, Jeremy and Jon Hegg adding their special sound to the evening. The Short Grass Arts Council is the sponsoring organization and benefits from the proceeds of the concert each year. 2008 marks the end of 19 years of concerts which have raised over 1.2 million dollars for non-profit groups throughout the state.
