DESCRIPTION:Bid on a good\, old fashioned family style pheasant hunt on 400 acres of farmland\, CRP grass\, trees and food plots\, 3-miles east of Pierre. Hunt Dates: October 19 & 20\, 2021.  Winning bids will be donated to the Capital Area Pickleball Association(CAPA) to be used for the construction of 4 pickleball courts in Griffin Park.\n\n\n\nAvailable lodging: lodge with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms\, and 2 kitchens. Accessibility: 2 BR & 1 bath are located on main floor with no steps. Additional camper pad with 50 amp service\, sewer & water. \n\n\n\nMinimum 6-hunters in group. 12 max\, with hunters who will share space or have camper to park next to lodge. 2-3 nights.\n\n\n\nHunters will be accompanied by landowner family and CAPA volunteers. Hunters will be required to listen to a short safety presentation and sign a liability waiver for the landowner. Hunters are also expected to have appropriate hunting licenses\, shotguns\, ammunition\, and apparel.
