Governor Noem and special guests will entertain those in attendance and kickoff the 2021 holiday display!\n\n\n\nAs always\, a special guest from "up North" will make an appearance at the end of the evening. Children can write their letters to Santa at home then bring them to the 1st floor of the Capitol and place them in the "Letters to Santa" mailbox (no postage required)\, where they will be delivered to the North Pole before Christmas by special little helpers.
