DESCRIPTION:The South Dakota State Historical Society Museum and Becki Potrzeba State Farm Agency are teaming up to present Kites and Bites at the Museum?s Family Fun Saturday September 11 from 10-11:30 a.m. The program and materials are free to participants. Visitors will pick up a kite and an activity sheet at the Cultural Heritage Center in Pierre and then go to Hilger?s Gulch where they can learn how to fly the kite. They will also receive a coupon for an ice cream treat from Zesto ? the ?bite? in kites and bites. In case of inclement weather both the kites and the Zesto coupons will be handed out at the Cultural Heritage Center.
