Maxwell Strategies LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the office, handle internal special projects and manage client related projects. We are looking for a professional, creative individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Supporting the organization in assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Implement and monitor projects as directed by management, and see the projects through to completion
Maintain consistent communication with clients and team members
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
Assume responsibility for other support activities, including computers, copier and office supplies
Respond to questions and requests for information
Answer incoming calls and assume other office and client support duties when needed
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years work experience in related field
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
