Pregnancy & Childbirth Class

This class provides important pregnancy and childbirth information.  All moms are welcome to attend this class with their family supporters. Topics covered include: birth planning, progression of labor and pushing, relaxation techniques, tour Obstetrics Wing, car seat information, and nwborn care.

Classes are held for five weeks on Thursdays from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, the cost is $40.00 scholarships are available.
