Dr. Laura's Birth With Confidence Class (HypnoBirthing Method)
This class is for expectant moms or parents looking for a childbirth class to prepare them for a healthy delivery. The course covers what to expect during labor and delivery, how to stay calm and relaxed, breathing and pushing techniques and birth planning. The class has a positive focus and set up to teach you and your partner how to feel prepared as you enter into labor.
Dr. Laura is a chiropractor, a certified birth doula (DONA) and a childbirth educator.

Classes are held Tuesday nights from 6:30 until 8:30pm for 5 weeks. The class dates are August 21 and 28th, Sept 11, 18, and 25th.
