Boys and Girls Club Great Futures Mega Raffle
The raffle is 12 monthly drawings throughout the 2014 year. Each raffle ticket will be eligible for all the drawings.
The $100 raffle ticket provides a person with the chance to win prizes of more than one million dollars. The cash value of twelve drawings is more than $11,000. All of the prizes have been donated by local businesses or individuals.
Prizes are: two roundtrip air tickets from Pierre to Denver or Minneapolis sponsored by Great Lakes Airline [February]; use of a Governors Pheasant Hunt SUV for 3 months sponsored by Wegner Auto [March]; dinners for 2 at LaMinestra, View 34 , Cattleman's Club and a Cinco De Mayo dinner at Alice and Randy Wright's [April]; use of a Camaro convertible for a month sponsored by Beck Motors; a $500 gasoline card from Young's Mobile [June]; a $350 sporting good shopping spree sponsored by Dakotamart [July]; a one-day pheasant hunt for 4 in September at and sponsored by Broken Arrow Farms and a hunting dog provided by Jason Dilges [August]; one session a month of housekeeping service[s] for 3 months sponsored by Rachael Bradley and GSG Consulting [September]; a $500 photo session and prints sponsored by Bridget M Photography and American States Bank [October]; $300 of gift cards sponsored by McDonalds [November]; a 3 month family membership to the YMCA and 3 massages at Avera Medical [December].
An early bird drawing will be held in January. This will be for those who have purchased tickets prior to January 15. The early bird drawing is for $300 worth of SD Lottery scratch tickets. Those tickets have a potential prize value of more than $1 million. The early bird drawing is sponsored by Midwest Construction and Tad Perry.

There are 550 tickets with the goal to raise $50,000 for the Boys and Girls Club. More than 550 Pierre area kids participate in the programs at the Club that promotes academic success, healthy lifestyles and character building.
